Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens (2015), directed by J.J. Abrams, follows scavenger Rey (Daisy Ridley), ex-stormtrooper Finn (John Boyega), and Resistance pilot Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) as they join forces with Han Solo (Harrison Ford) to battle the First Order, led by Kylo Ren (Adam Driver). As they search for the missing Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Rey discovers her connection to the Force. The film also stars Carrie Fisher, Lupita Nyong’o, and Andy Serkis.
